Messenger Coffee: This is a newer shop on the scene. It's a three story coffee shop which also houses Ibis bakery. Highly recommend grabbing food while here! A great morning spot, especially when you can get a spot on the rooftop.

Love this place! You can actually go all the way to the roof- the only rooftop coffee shop I am aware of. 

Midtown

Parisi: Inside union station. Some of my favorite coffee in town, so it's a shame that parking here can be a mess at times. They have another spot in Town Center, which is a nice Cafe, but that’s quite a drive from downtown.

Filling Station: Another spot with multiple locations. Very no frills about the place, but they do a great job on their coffee and espresso.
