The Kansas Side

ABC Cafe: This is one of the only two places I will even bother with for Chinese. More along the traditional Cantonese style of food. All day dim-sum (can anyone say scallion pancakes or BBQ pork buns).

Sichuan Dynasty: The other chinese place (119th and Metcalf). Sichuan food, so peppercorns aplenty. Lots of flavor to be found if you can deal with a semi-numb tongue. Plus, they do traditional hot pot!

Chosun: Korean BBQ, I don’t really need to say much else. This is a spot with a bigger group so you can get a bigger variety of meat. I always go with at least 2-3 folks and split the C1.

Sobahn: Traditional Korean food (Not BBQ). Super tasty, especially the Galbi/Bulgogi/Spicy Pork.

Jarocho: Mexican style seafood. It’s worth the hype. He’s also opening a new raw bar next month!
